- Jack Phan is an American entrepreneur and technologist based in the Portland, Oregon area. He came to the United States as an infant Vietnamese refugee, taught himself to code at the dawn of the web, built and exited internet companies that became part of Angi and QuinStreet, and is now Founding Director of the Google-backed Oregon AI Accelerator.

- The Oregon AI Accelerator is a Google-backed startup accelerator that Jack Phan founded and directs. Launched November 17, 2025, its pilot supports 20 startups through a three-month hybrid program with up to $50,000 in equity-free grants and no equity taken. It is backed by a regional coalition including the Metro Region Innovation Hub, Portland State University, OHSU, OSU, the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, TAO, and TiE Oregon.

- #ONCEUncle is the affectionate nickname the global TWICE fandom (known as ONCE) gave Jack Phan after he tweeted 'What is MOMO?!?' during Apple's September 10, 2019 keynote, not realizing Momo was a member of the K-pop group TWICE. The moment went viral and later became the basis of Jack's Adobe Experience Makers Live keynote on building brand equity.
